I’m Justyn Melendez, a Financial Architect dedicated to simplifying the complexities of wealth-building. Navigating the financial landscape can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. With extensive experience in tax strategy, financial structuring, and exclusive investment opportunities, I help individuals and businesses gain clarity on how their money moves and how to make it work harder for them. My approach focuses on three key pillars: accelerating cash flow, creating leverage, and optimizing tax efficiency, all while maintaining full compliance with federal and state regulations. The result? A clear, intentional financial blueprint that builds momentum, freedom, and lasting wealth.
Before founding NextGen Legacy Group and the Intentional Wealth Mastermind, my path was far from easy. Like many entrepreneurs, my journey was forged through challenges, discipline, and an unshakable desire to create something greater than myself.
After multiple deployments to Iraq and several assignments across the U.S., I transitioned from military service (17+ years) to entrepreneurship, launching Melendez Benefit Solutions, an employee benefits firm partnered with Aflac. For eight years, I poured my heart into helping others protect what mattered most — until the world changed in 2020.
When COVID-19 hit, everything paused — and so did I. That moment sparked a deep curiosity about how money truly works. I dove headfirst into studying wealth creation, uncovering strategies and principles rarely taught in traditional education. Through years of learning from some of the world’s most successful investors and business minds, I began to see wealth through a completely different lens.
That’s when everything shifted. I realized that the key to building lasting wealth for myself and my family was to help others do the same. Today, as a Financial Architect, I design strategies that empower individuals and business owners to accelerate cash flow, protect their assets, and build intentional legacies that last for generations.
